Accommodation

About 45 rooms at Hotel Villa Maria (the conference venue) are available at a reduced price and are directly managed by the organizing committee. The rooms will be assigned according to a “first come first served” policy and should be booked when registering online. An all-inclusive package (registration fee+accomodation) can be chosen at the moment of the online registration (details will follow).

The cost of the room includes breakfast, free access to the hotel swimming pool and, particularly interesting for accompanying persons, 2 hours free access to the hotel spa and fitness center per person per day and the use of the free shuttle to reach the beach.

Rooms at the Hotel Villa Maria can also be booked at normal price by contacting the Hotel.

Important Update!

No more rooms at the MES2024 reduced price at Hotel Villa Maria are available (rooms can be booked at the full price by contacting the hotel directly). We have the possibility of an “all-inclusive registration fee” by staying at Hotel Corallo, a three star hotel less than 2 km from the conference venue very near the beach (across the street). Transportation to/from Villa Maria from Hotel Corallo can be added upon request (cost 50 Euros ca. covering all the days of the conference).

We contacted some bed&breakfast in the area near the conference venue. Some of them will offer a discounted price for the stay if you indicate you participate to MES 2024:
