Registration Fees
The registration fee for MES 2024 covers:
- Conference Material
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception (a light buffet dinner) on Saturday night
- Sunday night Dinner
- Excursion on Tuesday afternoon
- Gala dinner on Wednesday night
When registering, you will be able to choose between the “registration fee only” and the “all-inclusive registration fee”. The latter includes the registration fee and the accommodation (4 or 5 nights) at the conference venue (Hotel Villa Maria) at a reduced price. Hotel Villa Maria is a 4 stars hotel and the “MES2024 deal” includes breakfast, free access to the hotel swimming pool, 2 hours free access to the hotel spa and fitness center per day and the use of the hotel free shuttle to reach the beach. Note that there are about 45 rooms available within this agreement, directly managed by the conference organization, which will be assigned on the basis of a “first come first served” policy. Other rooms are available at Hotel Villa Maria at normal price and can be booked by contacting the Hotel.
We might be able to arrange triple rooms, with a further reduction on the “all-inclusive registration fee”. Should you be interested in this option, please contact the conference secretariat: info.mes2024@gmail.com and use “Accommodation” as the message subject.
IMPORTANT: No more rooms at the MES2024 reduced price at Hotel Villa Maria are available (rooms can be booked at the full price by contacting the hotel directly). We have the possibility of an “all-inclusive registration fee” by staying at Hotel Corallo, a three star hotel less than 2 km from the conference venue very near the beach (across the street). Transportation to/from Villa Maria from Hotel Corallo can be added upon request (cost 50 Euros ca. covering all the days of the conference).
We contacted some bed&breakfast in the area near the conference venue. Some of them will offer a discounted price for the stay if you indicate you participate to MES 2024:

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made prior to 15th August 2024 will receive a full refund with the exception of 40 € to cover expenses.
Even in case of non-participation, we regret that no refunds are possible for cancellations communicated after 16th August 2024.
